This Smile Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between iNSYNC (“Platform”) and Isra Chaudhry (“Participant”), effective April 2026. The Opportunity iNSYNC is opening exclusive access to its dental supply platform profit-sharing ecosystem, structured in alignment with Shariah-compliant principles of profit and risk sharing. This opportunity is designed as a participatory venture (Musharakah-style alignment), where the Participant contributes capital into a real economic activity—dental supply distribution—and shares in the actual profits generated by the platform. Participation in the trade and distribution of essential goods—such as dental supplies—represents halal commerce, rooted in real value exchange. Trade itself is a well-established and encouraged practice, reflecting Sunnah-inspired principles of ethical business, fairness, and mutual benefit. This is not a guaranteed or fixed return structure. Rather, it is a Smile Experience grounded in ethical participation, transparency, and real economic activity across the United States. You are recognized as being positioned within a performance tier that targets up to 4x participation outcomes, subject to actual platform performance and realized profits.
Participation Terms
– Initial Contribution: $2,000 + $3,000 matching
– This establishes Isra Chaudhry’s April 2026 up to 300% ROI entry position within the iNSYNC ecosystem and her participation tier in the profit-sharing structure.
Ongoing Smile Contributions Isra Chaudhry agrees to continue participation through consistent capital contributions:
– Amount: $500
– Frequency: Every 2 weeks
– Start Date: April 2026
– End Date: December 2026
All contributions will be made via Zelle, positioned as a fintech smile solution for seamless platform participation and efficient capital flow. This information will be used strictly for transaction tracking, accounting clarity, and proper allocation of participation within the iNSYNC platform. Profit Participation Structure All contributed funds are deployed into iNSYNC’s dental supply infrastructure platform, where profits are generated through:
– Supply onboarding across the United States
– Aggregated purchasing activity across dental offices
– Distribution and operational margins
Profits, if realized, are distributed in accordance with a pre-agreed participation ratio, reflecting the Participant’s position within the platform. The target performance range for this participation tier is structured to aim for outcomes of up to 4x the contributed capital; however:
– Returns are not fixed or guaranteed
– Profit is earned only if generated by the platform
– Losses, if any, are borne in proportion to contributed capital, in accordance with Shariah principles Risk Disclosure
The Participant acknowledges that all investments and business activities carry inherent risk. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
– Market fluctuations and demand variability
– Operational and execution risks within the supply chain
– Regulatory or industry changes
– Delays or underperformance in platform growth
There is no assurance of profit, and partial or total loss of contributed capital is possible. Participation is made with full awareness and acceptance of these risks.
iNSYNC prioritizes capital preservation through real asset-backed operations; however, the Participant understands that principal is not guaranteed and is subject to the performance of the underlying business activities. Distribution Timeline Profit distributions are expected to be realized upon maturity of the participation cycle. Based on current projections, a target distribution smilestone is January 1, 2028, subject to actual performance, realized profits, and completion of contribution commitments.
Legal Structure & Protection
– This Agreement represents a private, contractual profit-sharing arrangement and does not constitute a guaranteed return instrument, deposit, or interest-bearing product.
– iNSYNC does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The Participant is encouraged to seek independent professional guidance.
– Participation is voluntary and based on the Participant’s own assessment of the opportunity.
